Shipping & Returns

Shipping: If you are in the vicinity of Joppa, MD or plan to attend one of my shows, you may arrange to pick up your order instead of having it shipped. However, you MUST contact me via email or telephone me at (410) 679-2063 for approval prior to placing the order. All shipped orders are sent priority mail through the USPS. If the item is in stock, it will be shipped within five business days of your placing the order. Please allow four weeks for delivery of all other orders. Exceptions: If I am out of town or ill, a notice will be posted on the website. If there is any other reason why I cannot complete your order on time, I shall contact you personally and give you the opportunity to cancel your order. Shipping Fees: I use the USPS Priority Mail system and charge based on pre-tax order total. $6.95 for orders of $30.00 or less $8.95 for orders of $30.01-$60.00 $10.95 for orders of $60.01-$99.99 FREE SHIPPING for orders of $100 or more Return Policy: I want you to be pleased with your order and hope there will be no reason to return anything. There are no returns on custom orders, so please be very careful about your requirements and/or measurements. For all other products, the item must be returned unused and in its original condition within 30 days of receipt. You must contact me first to authorize the return. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees incurred.
