Custom Order Request

Thank you for your interest in my unique custom creations! Please complete and submit the order form below, and I shall respond via email within two business days regarding availability, pricing and delivery schedule.

TERMS OF PAYMENT: Do NOT send payment information at this time. After we agree on product details, pricing and schedule, I shall email you an invoice for a 50% down payment, payable via PayPal, Credit Card or check. Upon completion of your product, I shall email you an invoice for the remaining 50% and shall mail your product after receiving payment. If you are paying via check, your product will not be mailed until your check has cleared. PLEASE let me know in the "Additional details" section if you have ANY questions or concerns.

For more fabric choices, please visit the FABRIC pages and specify the Number Designator of the outside fabric along with color preferences for the lining or reverse side and coordinating binding, if applicable. You may also request other fabric options and I shall gladly email you additional swatches.

Additional details - please be very specific: Don't forget to specify any applicable personalizations or custom measurements. Please measure carefully as there are no returns or refunds on custom items.
